This morning I received my first APRS signals from NO-44 although not strong it was early audible as it passed over the UK to the north.. I was also lucky enough to be able to get a packet digi’d!

Hi Peter,nice to chat to you via AO-27 on 2 passes this week.Good to see you made a digi vis W3ADO as well peter i have given up on that bird as it’s been a lng time since it’s been active.i digi via ISS have seen you via that bird to peter.Any way i have just got hold of a yaesu FT847 so that i can work the ssb satellite as well peter.my and antenna is a ARROWS X- yagi which i brought of ebay from the us about 3 months ago works very well on a camara tripod in the back garden.

Was great working you to Les, yes very few packets heard via NO-44 but got my packets through it a couple of times this week!
Well done on the 847 nice radios! I’m using a IC-910 but suspect you might have had a look through the posts on here and found out more about my setup!
Look forward to catching you on one of the other satellites maybe even an SSB one!
