We’ll I made it back in one piece from rather wet and windy Scotland on Saturday (12th) the trip was very enjoyable sadly this time dad (M3JFM) wasn’t able to join us due to not being very well.
Although this wasn’t a radio holiday I did take my Sony Vaio laptop and also Icom IC706MKIIG and worked some stations on 40m psk31 during the odd morning or evening for a short while when I had some free time.
At the end of the week I’d worked about 25 stations although this doesn’t seem to look like a large amount of contacts I’m just pleased a worked a few while away using MM3PHP/P.
QSL cards will be sent out via the bureau sometime this week.
I thought you drink only juices, is that a beer in the glass??? 🙂 What’s that logging software? Have nice interface, imho. Oh, and welcome in the group of K2 style users.
Course its not beer 😎 yes the UI for the logging app is very nice its actually ham radio deluxe (current beta) worked very well indeed!
Kind of got bored with the old site so going to hackup k2 so hard designing for yourself! as you probably find.
Yup, K2 requires time, but the advantage is that it’s fully CSS themed and mostly no need to change PHP’s.
About the glass content – I knew that you’re wise … 😉
